Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the Mahtari Vandan Yojana on Sunday. Under the Mahtari Vandan Yojana, an amount of ₹ 1000 per month will be deposited by the government in the accounts of women. Under this, all the women of married widows and economically weaker sections come under the tax. The money has been deposited in the account. Now all the women can check whether the amount of ₹ 1000 has come into their account or not.
Eligibility for Mahtari Vandan Yojana
For this scheme, the age of the woman should be between 23 years to 60 years. The applicant should be married or widowed or belong to which category of economically weak. The applicant should be a local resident of the state. Only those women are eligible for this. The family annual income is less than Rs 2.5 lakh.

Applicants applying for this scheme should have Aadhaar card, ration card, income certificate, original residence, certificate from bank, account passbook, active mobile number and income certificate.
Application process for Mahtari Vandan Yojana
The application process for Mahtari Vandan Yojana can be done in both online and offline mode. The application process is explained here.
To apply offline, you will have to go to the Anganwadi Center, Panchayat Building, Ward Women and Child Development Block of your nearest area, get the certificate and fill the general information in the application, after that the application has to be self-verified and the slip has to be obtained from there.
To apply online, a link has been given from where you have to fill the general information, after that there will be verification from there and after verification, your registration will be done and your money will start flowing.
